About us

We will continue to accept commissions via mail order / courier services, as well as by personal visit as usual, though in both instances please telephone first to discuss.

We are based in West Parley, Ferndown, Dorset. Driving from the north or east, by-passing Ringwood we are just ten minutes away (post code supplied on request prior to booking appointment). We offer easy access and ample parking on the premises. We are generally open 9-5 weekdays, Saturday by special arrangement. Owing to the current 'climate' we have recently revised our minimum charge to £80.00 this will enable us to help maintain a viable and sustainable business, we currently remain VAT exempt.

Household Insurance claims are readily considered and a written quote for such work can be supplied for a nominal sum of £40.00 which is deductible from the final invoice.
